Terms and Conditions
Any communication with Fivot LLC via text or in the Resident Center are subject to message and date rates that may apply with your provider. All communications are sent in the Resident Center unless first initiated via text message or phone call from the Tenant or Applicant. If a general announcement is sent via text message and the Tenant or Applicant prefers to opt-out from this service, replying "STOP" will unsubscribe the user from direct announcement messaging. All non-emergency requests are to be sent in the Resident Center. In the case of an emergency, the Tenant can text the word "emergency" with a brief description of the situation or call directly.
